Event Details
- The event begins at 1:00 pm and ends at 4:00 pm.
- Setup begins at 11:00 am, vacate your space by 5:00 pm.
- 2 tickets to the event will be provided to each company participating.
- Tickets are on sale currently, please promote this event to your customers, friends and associates via email and social media, we will be providing flyers to you as well.
Food Vendors
Please plan on supplying at least 400 tastes. Tickets to be collected to get reimbursed per taste at $1 per taste. Specific instructions, including location assignments will be sent to you via email. Space is provided on the next page to give a description of what you will be serving,\ which is mandatory to finish the application. All tasting supplies will be provided; plates, forks, napkins and hand washing station. It is mandatory to provide your permit numbers for the Environmental Health Dept.
Beverage Vendors
Please plan on at least 4 cases of wine or the equivalent. We expect 400 people. Each pour is limited by ABC to 1/2 ounce portions. Specific instructions, including location assignments will be sent to you via email. You are able to sell bottles of wine as well, there will be runners provided for pick up after the event at Gold Miners Inn. A low risk TFF Permit is mandated by the Environmental Health Dept, we will be using your contact info provided in order to fill it out.
Venue Applicants: Cost is $100 to participate and includes ABC license, expenses for set-up/clean-up, advertising, 1/2 page ad in the program and 2 tickets to the event. Fee can be paid by check to the GVDA, cash or we can invoice you for online payment. A table and linens will be provided as well as signage outside your door. Specifics on who will be serving and pouring at your venue will be emailed to you once all applications are in.
