There are Public Restrooms in the South Church Street Parking Lot, Grass Valley Library, at 125 Neal Street, and at Grass Valley City Hall.
No smoking is allowed in the historic downtown.
We love well-behaved pets and welcome them in downtown Grass Valley! However, there are pet companion rules: pets must be on a leash at all times, and pet waste must be picked up immediately. Pet Waste Stations are located at each end of Mill Street and at the Christoper Stevens Memorial Walkway. Please pick up after your pet, help us keep downtown free of pet debris, and keep the Pets Welcome policy in place!
